About Hawaii National Guard Job Challenge Academy

The Hawaii National Guard Job Challenge Academy is a youth program under the umbrella of the Department of Defense. Our mission is to prepare Graduates of the Youth Challenge Program for a career and life through continued education. We focus on developing career and technical skills in our Associates (students) with provided training and residency for up to 20 weeks.
