With almost 20 years in the industry, Josh is an accomplished Project Manager, Business Development Director, Executive Consultant with a successful track record of planning and overseeing construction projects, prospecting and closing new business, strategic consulting and negotiating contracts. He is involved in many community advisory groups like Construction Industry of Maui, Makai Foundation, and Public Committee for Construction Permit Process Development.
